Maxim Asset Management Limited (Maxim), was founded by Winston Sammut in 2003 as a Sydney based boutique funds management company, specialising in the management of Listed Property Securities and other property related investments for institutional and retail clients.

Winston has over 30 years experience in the investment management industry, including over 10 years experience in the management of Listed Property Securities investments.

At Maxim, Winston is supported by two investment management professionals who have previously worked with him at other investment management organisations. Collectively, the team has in excess of 40 years of investment management experience.

Maxim operates an outsourced service provider model which allows the investment team to concentrate its time and energy on investment management with the aim of maximising investment returns for its clients.

Being a boutique, management owns equity in the business.
