Dr Vincent Chin, Analyst

• Doctor of Philosophy in Physics (UNSW), Master of Science in Physics (Univ of Tennessee, USA), Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (Univ of Tennessee, USA), ASIA.
   
• At Maxim, Vincent is responsible for analysing the securities of listed and unlisted property trusts and other property companies and to also provide a quantitative input to the analysis.
   
• Vincent gained his investment experience at Ausbil Dexia where he worked closely with Winston Sammut and undertook a number of roles, including equity research activities, using top-down sector and bottom-up stock analysis. In addition, he developed an equity analysis quantitative model designed to remove human bias in the investment process.
   
• Prior to joining Ausbil, Vincent completed 17 years of research and development encompassing semiconductor engineering device physics.
