Maxim is a Sydney based boutique funds management company, that specialises in investment management in property securities and niche areas, such as high yield debt. Maxim was founded by Winston Sammut in 2003 as an asset manager for institutional and retail clients.

Winston has in excess of 30 years experience in the investment management industry, including over 10 years experience in the management of Listed Property Securities investments.

At Maxim, Winston is supported by other suitably qualified and experienced investment management professionals, some of whom have previously worked with him at other investment management organisations. Collectively, the team has in excess of 100 years of investment management experience.

Maxim operates an outsourced service provider model which allows the investment team to concentrate its time and energy on investment management with the aim of maximising investment returns for its clients.

Being a boutique, management owns equity in the business.
