| The Maxim Property Securities Fund (MPSF) is an unlisted, registered, managed investment scheme available to retail investors. It will give you an exposure to a varying mix of listed property securities across (but not limited to) the retail, residential, commercial, hotel and industrial sector.
The Maxim Property Securities Fund invests mostly in Australian listed (or soon to be listed) property securities and property related securities but has the ability to invest a small portion of the Fund's assets in unlisted property securities and international property securities as well as cash.
The Fund aims to deliver a yield in excess of the benchmark together with moderate capital growth over the term.

Investment Portfolio
Maxim will invest mostly in Australian listed (or soon to be listed) property securities and property related securities, but has the ability to invest up to 30% of the Fund’s assets in unlisted Australian property securities, international listed property securities, as well as cash.
Maxim will actively adjust the investment mix within the investment guideline ranges below. The “target” position is the start position for formulating the portfolio structure- generally speaking, the target position would be the investment mix of the Fund.
